Jag ska leva för oss båda
On April 7, 2017, my husband Chris Bevington was killed in the terror attack on Drottninggatan in central Stockholm. Life afterward became a nightmare I could never have imagined. From the depths of despair, I made a promise to Chris—to cherish my life and live it for both of us. Without knowing what that truly meant, I began searching for the answer to my questions:
"How do I fully embrace life?"
"How incredible and joyful can I allow my life to become?"
In "Jag ska leva för oss båda – en resa från mörker till ljus", I share the methods and tools that helped me move through deep grief and release trauma that had been stored in my body — trauma that had silently shaped and limited my everyday life. To my surprise, the techniques I turned to didn’t just support my healing; they opened a new way of seeing the world.
From a place once dominated by fear, I began to experience clarity, possibility, and a deeper sense of freedom. This empowered state brought light to places within me that had long been dark — and with that light came the desire to help others find their own.
With the insights and strength gained through my journey, I felt a calling: to empower others to take back their lives, to heal, and to step fully into who they truly are. That’s why I wrote this book.
“If this book can help even one person move toward a more empowered, fulfilling life — then it was worth writing.”
