This programme blends cutting-edge, science based leadership practices with embodied wisdom, supporting leaders to deepen self-awareness, improve communication, and inspire positive change in their teams and organisations.
Programme Format
The Embodied Leader™️ can be delivered as a full 8-part series or as stand-alone workshops, depending on your team’s needs. Sessions can also be tailored into one, two, or four 90-minute workshops. Ideal for groups of 10–15 participants, allowing for rich interaction and personalised exploration.
